Now the truth can be told...lol Halloween is in my SOUL...lol Every year i try to add to my hoard...just a little.. This year i found some awesome bats at the Dollar Tree.. but when i went back to get more they were gone.. Bwwwaaaaaa!!! I hope they bring them back next year... I'll show you a pic of them next week...

Just a quickie post.. I'll be around to visit albeit maybe a little late.. Thanks so much for stopping by. Happy T day! Hugs! deb

  1. I think Halloween can get into lots of souls. It's that one time of year you can create a bit of magic in your home. I absolutely adore that painting you created. I just LOVE it and made something similar last year after seeing yours.

I love that Insomnia coffee mug. That must be a great place. Thanks for sharing your pumpkins, gourds, painting, and coffee mug with us for T this almost Tuesday, dear Deb!

  2. Halloween is still not that "hip" here in Germany.
Last time a group of three kids showed up, that was all.
Ingo for fun´d put on a screm-mask - they will not come back (LOL!).

    Ow. I LOVE bats!
We can sometimes watch them from the balcony, and we have a bat-detector, that thing even works!

Hope you find some to decorate, happy T!

  3. I love your skull painting and those pumpkins. I need to decorate more! Since my birthday is Nov 1, I have always adored Halloween.

The last few days we have been making pumpkins turn into favorite book characters - we have had a blast with the Grandkids. I will post pictures next week.

Love your post and your admissions! LOL. Happy T-day and hugz

  4. I'm with you about decorating for Halloween. It is such fun to get a bit spooky for a few weeks. Are you one of those folks who could decorate for Halloween year round? Not me. But I love your pumpkin faces. And too bad about the bats. That's a bummer, as the kids would say. I dug out my 2 boxes of Halloween decorations the other day and now I need to put them up. Happy T day Deb. hugs-Erika

  5. Not ready for Halloween here! I did eat a small bowl of orange and black spice drops, though, just to warm up for the holiday. But the decorations are still in the attic. Like you, a lot of neighbors seem to be putting up the spooky stuff.

  13. Your painting is fun and so fitting for Halloween. I used to decorate for Halloween when my daughter was still living here, but nowadays not anymore. I gave most of my Halloween decorations to my neighbors who have two little kids and I can still enjoy them in their front yard.

  14. I enjoy the Halloween decorations too...but mostly I enjoy making the Halloween cards for the daughters, their spouses and the grandchildren. One year Joe convinced me that the 'adults' did not need Halloween cards and maybe I should just make them a Halloween bookmark instead. Boy, was he wrong! They all want the cards! I miss making the Halloween costumes for them all though. The youngest grandchild is now 12 so I'm out of business.
